1. Service provider

Outbeats is a physical and online advertising service operated by BI Technology in Saudi Arabia. The authorized operator is Md Mezanur Rahman Maruf. These terms apply to requests and purchases made through outbeats.lol.

2. The advertising service

A confirmed placement includes an approved brand logo printed as a vinyl sticker and installed on a specified area of a MacBook lid, together with a clickable brand placement on outbeats.lol for 30 consecutive days. This is an advertising service. No physical product is shipped or transferred to the customer.

3. Requests, review, and availability

Submitting a request does not reserve a space or create a payment obligation. BI Technology reviews the brand, website, requested position, and artwork before accepting the order. A space remains subject to availability until payment is confirmed. BI Technology may reject misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, discriminatory, adult, gambling, weapons-related, or otherwise inappropriate material.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars for one 30-day placement. The payment page will show the transaction currency and final amount before payment. Any card issuer conversion or foreign transaction fee is the customer's responsibility. Online card payments will be processed by the approved payment provider after payment activation; Outbeats does not collect or store full card details.

5. Artwork and customer rights

The customer must provide a clear SVG, PNG, or other accepted artwork file and a valid destination URL. By providing artwork, the customer confirms it owns or has permission to use the logo, trademarks, content, and destination website. The customer grants BI Technology a limited license to print, display, resize, and link the submitted materials solely to deliver the purchased placement. Minor color and size differences may occur during physical printing.

6. Activation and duration

Activation will occur within three business days after cleared payment and receipt of acceptable artwork. The 30-day rental begins only when the physical sticker is installed and the online placement is activated. BI Technology will send an activation confirmation containing the start and end dates. Customer delays in providing or approving acceptable artwork pause the activation timeline.

7. Click and visibility information

Outbeats may display aggregate website visits and sponsor-link clicks. These figures are informational and may exclude repeated, automated, invalid, or blocked activity. No minimum number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, or other commercial result is guaranteed.

8. Changes, renewal, and removal

Changes requested after artwork approval may require additional time or cost. A placement does not renew automatically. Renewal requires a new agreement and depends on availability. The sticker and online placement are removed after the confirmed end date unless a renewal is approved.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Confirmed payments are final and non-refundable except for duplicate charges or when BI Technology cannot activate the purchased service. The complete conditions and request procedure are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate contact, business, website, and artwork information; respond to approval requests; maintain a safe and working destination website; and avoid content that violates law or third-party rights. BI Technology may suspend a link or placement that becomes harmful, deceptive, or unlawful.

11. Service limitations

The MacBook is used in ordinary real-world environments. BI Technology will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee continuous visibility, uninterrupted website availability, or protection from normal wear. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected placement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Intellectual property and Apple notice

Customers retain ownership of their submitted brand materials. Outbeats and its original site materials remain the property of BI Technology. MacBook and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Outbeats is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through the customer-support contact below.
