1. Who is responsible for your information

Outbeats is operated by BI Technology in Saudi Arabia. BI Technology controls the personal information described in this policy. The authorized operator is Md Mezanur Rahman Maruf.

2. Information you provide

When you request a space or contact us, we may collect your brand name, work email, website, selected advertising space, message, artwork, preferred launch date, and later any payment reference or billing details needed to administer the service.

3. Website and measurement information

The site creates a random browser session identifier to count aggregate visitors. Session identifiers and IP addresses are hashed before they are used for visitor, rate-limit, fraud-prevention, or sponsor-click deduplication. We record aggregate sponsor-link clicks and may receive ordinary technical request information from our hosting provider. These measurements do not guarantee that a visitor is a unique person.

4. Payment information

Once online payment is activated, payments will be completed on or through Geidea's secure payment services. Geidea may collect card, billing, device, authentication, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. Outbeats does not receive or store complete card numbers, security codes, or card credentials.

5. How we use information

We use information to review booking requests, communicate with customers, approve artwork, provide and document placements, measure aggregate traffic and clicks, prevent abuse, maintain security, process refunds where applicable, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

6. Service providers and disclosures

Information is shared only as needed with providers supporting website hosting and serverless functions, database or counter storage, transactional email, printing, payment processing, security, and legal compliance. The current technical services include Vercel for hosting and Resend for booking-request email delivery. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

Visitor session records used for total-visit counting expire after approximately 30 days, while aggregate totals and sponsor-click counts may be retained. Booking inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months. Customer, invoice, transaction, refund, and service records may be kept longer when required for accounting, dispute, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

8. Security

We use access controls, HTTPS, hosted payment processing, origin validation, request limits, hashing, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and customers should avoid sending payment-card details through the contact form or email.

9. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Where applicable, BI Technology uses providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable requirements.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with a booking inquiry, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask questions about how your information is used by contacting us.

11. Children

Outbeats is a business advertising service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

12. Policy changes

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The current effective date will appear at the top of this page.
